Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, undamaged and intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at puddleditch@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their packaging
  • Gift wrapping service charges
  • Items marked as final sale or limited edition at the time of purchase

Return Postage

Unless your item is faulty or damaged in transit, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this at our expense.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
