At Puddleditch, we take as much care in getting your order to you as we do in curating it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timescales, and costs.

UK Delivery

Standard Shipping: £4.99

Free Shipping: Complimentary on all UK orders over £50 — applied automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Orders are dispatched from our base in Middlewich, Cheshire. We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated timescales above, delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control — including high postal volumes, adverse weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
