Delivery Information

• Dispatch Time: Generally within one working day of payment confirmation, depending on stock.
• UK Delivery: Typically 2–4 working days.
• Shipping Costs (UK): Free shipping on orders over £50 (excl. VAT). Orders below this will incur a delivery charge.
• International Delivery: Available; however, orders outside the UK may incur local VAT, import duties, and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
• Tracking: Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Damaged/Faulty Items: Must be reported to puddleditch@icloud.com with photographs within 5 working days of receipt.

• Returns Window: Unwanted items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
• Returns Condition: Items must be in saleable condition in unmarked boxes.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, and insurance is recommended.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the customer account within 30 days.
• Unauthorized Returns: Returns made without prior written consent may incur a fee of £50 or 25% of the stock value.
• No Sale or Return: Puddleditch Ltd does not operate a sale or return policy.
